G Perya Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and G Perya ("G Perya," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the G Perya online gaming platform, including all games, features, payment services, and related content available at g-perya.net and through the G Perya mobile application.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on G Perya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the G Perya platform. G Perya reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of G Perya following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and maintain an account on G Perya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of G Perya or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with G Perya or any other gaming operator;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

G Perya reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by G Perya may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

Any player found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity will have their account immediately terminated, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one G Perya account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. G Perya employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, G Perya reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. G Perya shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

G Perya accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your G Perya login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

G Perya will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from G Perya that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify G Perya immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. G Perya shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on G Perya are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). G Perya supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within your G Perya account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your G Perya wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited upon receipt and confirmation, typically within the same banking day.
• G Perya does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your G Perya account.
• G Perya reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to GCash are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day.
• G Perya reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

G Perya may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all G Perya promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• G Perya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Where a player has an active bonus balance, withdrawal of real-money funds may be restricted until applicable wagering requirements have been met, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

7. Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on G Perya are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as displayed within the relevant game interface. General wagering rules applicable across the G Perya platform include:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and the relevant round or event has commenced, bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• G Perya reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, placed on an event that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error, or placed in violation of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum wager amounts are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, player account status, and applicable promotional terms.
• Winnings are credited to your G Perya wallet upon settlement of the relevant round or event. Settlement times vary by game type and are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or betting event, the result recorded in G Perya's system shall be considered final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 15.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the G Perya platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game offered on G Perya.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place wagers or interact with the G Perya platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using G Perya for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. G Perya complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in bad faith. G Perya reserves the right to recover any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback and to pursue legal remedies.
• Underage gaming: Allowing or facilitating access to G Perya by any person under 21 years of age.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the G Perya platform — including but not limited to the G Perya name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of G Perya or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the G Perya platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the G Perya platform without the prior written consent of G Perya.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, G Perya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the G Perya platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

G Perya does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. G Perya will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to notify players of scheduled maintenance periods in advance.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted by law, G Perya's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit G Perya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy and Data

G Perya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on G Perya, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

G Perya may be required to disclose player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules and regulations.

12. Responsible Gaming

G Perya is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting G Perya support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13. Suspension and Termination

G Perya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Any other reason that G Perya, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your G Perya wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Balances associated with accounts terminated for breach of these Terms may be forfeited.

You may close your G Perya account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of the closure process.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through G Perya's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

G Perya operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the G Perya platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
